Format: Team-based competition, 4 persons/team
Age: Grade 9–12
Date: March 28–29, 2026
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
Rounds: 4 Rounds
1) Individual round — "Memories to Modern Minds"
Duration: 1 hour — multiple-choice questions.
2) Case Study — "Re-Examine the Past"
Format: 1 hour workshop + 1.5 hour competition (closed-book; related printed materials provided).
3) Quiz Bowl (Speed Round) — "Lightning Lexicon"
Format: 1 hour competition for all using Kahoot or Menti on Saturday; 1 hour showcase for top 3/5 teams on stage using physical buzzer on Sunday.
4) Poster Challenge — "Display the Future"
Format: 2 hours preparation, 2 hours presentation. 3–5 topics (experiment/research) will be provided. Each team indicates improvements, designs a poster during preparation, and presents to the jury during presentation.
ASEEDER’s goal is to nurture the next generation of top-performing “A-grade Seeds” by partnering with leading universities, scientific organizations, and academic institutions in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, the EU, and Asia. The organization aims to give students in Asia opportunities to participate in global assessments, competitions, and challenges across various subjects they’re passionate about. These programs allow students—no matter where they live—to connect and collaborate with peers around the world, encouraging international exchange and the celebration of academic success.
